We start by listening
Are you opening a homewares shop, supplying local hotels or building a short-stay business of your own? Tell us who your customers are and where you are. We will ask a few simple questions, then suggest where to begin.
You might not know the difference between 450 and 600 GSM, or what size a bath sheet should be. That is completely fine. Explaining it is part of the job, and we would rather you ask than guess.

Who will you sell to, and where? A shop, a round of local hotels, an online store or a short-stay property of your own? We listen first, because the right range depends on your customers, not on our shelves.
We explain weight (GSM), size, pile and colour so you can choose with confidence. Our guides cover GSM, sizes, care and how to order, and you can ask us anything at any time.
There is no minimum order quantity. Start small, see what your customers reach for, then order more of that. We would rather you grow steadily than overbuy.
When you are ready, add your own branding with custom embroidery, or ask about a fresh weave made to your size, weight and colour.
You receive a written quote that includes freight before anything is confirmed. Once you approve it, we arrange delivery to your address in any state or territory.
Reorder, add new designs or ask what has just arrived. You keep talking to the same team, who know your business and what you ordered last time.
