Samples Policy

1. What samples are available

We offer product samples to help you assess quality, colour, texture, weight and suitability before placing larger orders. Samples of selected towels, bath linen and other textile products may be available on request, depending on existing stock and product specifications. Tell us the product and your business details in the quote form.

2. Who can ask

Samples are available to anyone who asks through our quote form.

3. Cost

Samples are charged. Sample prices and any delivery charges are confirmed before we send a sample, with GST shown where applicable, and the customer pays delivery. Sample prices may differ from bulk unit prices.

Where we expressly offer it in writing, the amount paid for a sample may be credited towards a later qualifying order. The eligibility conditions and credit amount will be set out in your sample quote. Sample credits are not automatic.

4. Limits

We may limit the number and size of samples per customer or product.

5. Timing and delivery

Samples may be sent by standard or express delivery, depending on what we agree. Delivery cost and estimated timing are confirmed before we send. Samples are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

6. Custom samples before production

Samples supplied for evaluation are usually unbranded unless embroidery, printing or other customisation is specifically agreed. Custom, embroidered or fresh-weave pre-production samples are quoted separately, including cost and lead time, and must be approved in writing before bulk production begins. Digital mock-ups are illustrative and do not replace final artwork, placement or production approval.

7. Samples compared with bulk goods

Samples show a product's general characteristics. Bulk goods may vary slightly from a sample where batches, colours, yarns or finishing processes differ. Any agreed production tolerances will be stated in your quote.

8. Returning samples

There is no obligation to order after receiving a sample, and you do not need to return it unless we agree otherwise. Sample purchases are covered by our Returns Policy and Australian law.
