Common questions
Who is Cotton Seed Linen?
Cotton Seed Linen is an Australian importer and wholesaler of towels, based in Newport, Victoria, and operated by Vaayu Group Pty Ltd.
Who do you supply?
Businesses: hotels, motels, resorts, serviced apartments, short-stay hosts, spas and salons, gyms and swim schools, aged care and childcare providers, laundries, stockists and brands.
Where do your towels come from?
They are sourced direct from our partner mill in India.
Why Towels
Towels are the quiet workhorses of a business. Guests, members, clients and residents rarely praise a good one, but they always notice a bad one. We exist to make sure yours are never noticed for the wrong reason.
Sourced Direct
Our towels come straight from our partner mill in India. Fewer hands between the weave and your linen cupboard means clearer conversations about weight, size and price, and no mystery about where your stock comes from.
Reliable Linen. Personal Service.
That line is printed on our bags, and we mean it. When you message us, a person answers. When you ask for a quote, it is written for your order, with your designs, your quantities and your delivery address.
Our promise
How We Look After the People We Supply
Towels are quiet workhorses. Looking after the people who buy them is how we earn the next order.
We listen first
Before we suggest anything, we ask how the towels will be used and who will use them. The right towel depends on your customers, not on our shelves.
We explain, we do not upsell
Weight, size, pile and care are easy to understand once someone takes the time to explain them. We would rather you understood your choice than simply accepted ours.
We put it in writing
Every quote is written for your order, with your designs, your quantities, your delivery address and freight included.
We stay in touch
When you message us, a person answers. Reorders, questions and changes are all part of the same conversation.
Made to Your Measure
If the range does not have what you need, we can weave it. We can produce a fresh weave to your specification, and we can add your logo to selected in-stock products. You choose the size, the weight and the colour. We manage the details.
